Who can purchase a key to Pioneer Highlands park?

To purchase a park key, you must be a resident in the Pioneer Highlands subdivision.

How can I purchase a key to the Park?

To purchase a key, residents must pay a minimum fee of $45, which constitutes membership dues. Members are expected to adhere to the park's regulations. 

How can I help PHCA?

The board of directors welcomes volunteers year-round! You can help by offering your time to assist with events or loaning tools to facilitate enhancements to the Pioneer Highlands park. Please contact us via email to get involved!

What are the rules at the Pioneer Highlands Park? 

The park's regulations are enforced to promote visitors' safety and comply with local regulations. The rules and restrictions are as follows: Members may invite a small number of guests. Members must remain present on the park property with visitors. An adult must accompany all children under 18 years old. Small celebrations with more than 5 guests at the park require written correspondence and approval from the Board of Directors. Members are required to comply with all signage posted at the park. No pets are allowed on the park’s grounds. Park hours are from dawn (sunrise) to dusk (sunset). Residents who do not abide by these hours will face legal implications. Children must be under adult supervision. No consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages in the park. No possession or use of glass products in the park. No unauthorized motorized vehicles. No damage or defacing of park property. No disruptive behavior that may disturb the peace and enjoyment of others. No littering. Members should dispose of trash in designated bins and maintain cleanliness. Smoking is prohibited within the park. Use of fireworks or any other hazardous materials is strictly prohibited. Members must respect and protect the natural habitat within the park.
