Council Representative
The Pioneer Highlands Civic Association, Inc (PHCA) is within District 2 of Pontiac. District 2's council representative is Milanna Jones. Jones welcomes all residents of Pontiac to attend the District 2 community advisory group meetings. These meetings are held monthly, on the fourth Monday of each month, at Goldner Walsh Nursery and commence at 7:00pm ET.
